We promote concerts and shows on our website, but ticket sales are conducted through a third-party platform. The terms and conditions related to ticket purchase, cancellation, and refunds are governed by the policies of that ticketing platform. 2) Merchandise Sales
We sell merchandise directly through store.razorriff.com. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms regarding payments, shipping, cancellations, and refunds:
—2.1) Payments: All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept various payment methods listed on our checkout page.
—2.2) Shipping: The products will be shipped out from our store within 1 business day via courier, such as Flash Express or J&T (for local orders) and Thailand Post (for international orders). Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout. Shipping times may vary based on location and external factors, such as carrier delays.
—2.3) Cancellation: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been shipped. To cancel your order, please contact us at charlie@razorriff.com as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed for shipping, it cannot be canceled.
—2.4) Refunds and Returns: We accept returns and issue refunds for merchandise only in cases where items are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unused and in the original packaging to be eligible for a refund. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except for cases where the return is due to our error.
